Microsoft Build

2023 marks the 4th consecutive year writing for Microsoft Build. Starting in 2020 the event transitioned to a fully digital experience that required reworking a traditionally siloed in-person conference into a livestream experience with Microsoft talent, featured partners and in-depth interviews with industry experts. Over the course of 2 days, developers worldwide are treated to a curated event featuring 8 hours of live coverage. The project is undoubtably the most ambitious scripting assignment of the year – and we look forward to it each and every year!

CES

The Consumer Electronics Show is known the world over as the biggest technology showcase in the world. In 2020 the show went all-digital for the first – and likely only – time in its 50 year history. YCH was there to help evolve the stream to leverage industry expert talent (iJustine, Naomi Kyle, Rich DeMuro, and Brian Tong) and a livestream news show model. We were brought back in 2023 to support the show once again – this time in Las Vegas, NV.

Microsoft Ingite

After supporting the last 3 shows (2 in 2021), Microsoft Ignite is definitely one of our favorites! Over the years the show has changed to reflect an ever changing tech landscape including new and different talent, new segments, and new avenues of audience engagement. YCH has been along every step of the way as the livestream evolved.

Microsoft Secure

2023 saw the birth of a new Microsoft online conference dedicated to one of the hottest topics in tech: security. Creating a distinctive voice under the strict brand guidelines of a Microsoft livestream is a tough needle to thread but equally as rewarding when it all comes together. Featuring Microsoft experts and CBS Sunday Morning’s own Luke Burbank the show brought a measure of levity to an otherwise weighty subject.

Microsoft Celebrate

Every year Microsoft brings together its top achievers to showcase the industry leading talent working to push Microsoft forward around the world. This internal stream is modeled after premier award shows and features executives and celebrities alike.
